In August, the 16th International HIV/AIDS conference was held in Toronto, Canada. The theme of the conference was 'Time to Deliver'. Whilst we recognise that the UK government is honouring it's commitments on spending, it is not fully delivering on education. World AIDS day is on 1 December, so it's a great time to remind Hilary Benn that we need him to do more on HIV/AIDS education.
